Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 8/10/2010
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

William Berkshire, 22, of Plato, pleaded innocent on Aug. 10 before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long to an Aug. 2 Class C felony charge of abuse of a child accusing him of knowingly inflicting cruel and inhuman punishment upon a child less than 17 by beating him on the head, face and body and fracturing one finger on July 18. Judge Long scheduled an Aug. 24 advice-of-counsel hearing, ordered him to personally appear, and set his bond at $50,000 cash-only.
