Pulaski County Circuit Court Reports, 7/1/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Ashley N. Gilbert, 17, of Dixon, appeared for a July 1 preliminary hearing on a Class A felony charge of second-degree murder accusing her of acting in concert with another on May 10 to cause his death of David A. Blankenship with the purpose of causing serious physical injury him by repeatedly striking him with her hands and feet. Prosecutors presented evidence; the defendant presented no evidence. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long found probable cause to believe Gilbert may be guilty of a felony and bound her over to circuit court for a July 8 arraignent.
