Pulaski County Circuit Court Reports, 6/9/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Paul A. Cary, 32, of Fort Leonard Wood, pleaded innocent on June 9 to a Class A felony charge of first-degree robbery accusing him of forcibly stealing $341 from a woman on June 6 while threatening the use of what appeared to be a deadly weapon. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren set his bond at $50,000 cash-only and scheduled the case for a June 17 preliminary hearing.

George Widener, 64, of Jerome, pleaded innocent on June 9 to a Class B felony charge of first-degree involuntary manslaughter accusing him of killing a motorcyclist on June 4. Judge Warren set his bond at $250,000 cash-only and scheduled the case for a June 17 preliminary hearing.
