Pulaski County Circuit Court Reports, 4/28/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Jeanette Santisteban, 25, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on April 28 to a Class D felony charge of second-degree child welfare endangerment accusing her of failing to protect a child less than 17 from repeated physical assaults by his stepfather on March 30. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 5, set her bond at $25,000, and ordered her to personally appear.

Roy E. McKinnon, 43, of Dixon, pleaded innocent on April 28 to a Class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance and a Class D felony of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute or sell, accusing him of possessing methamphetamine, Oxycodone and syringes on Dec. 22, 2006. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren scheduled an April 29 preliminary hearing and set his bond at $45,000 cash-only.
