Pulaski County Circuit Court Reports, 4/24/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Donald Mathers, 33, of Franklin, Ohio, pleaded innocent on April 24 to a Class D felony of criminal nonsupport accusing him of failing to provide adequate financial support for his child during a period of at least six months from June 2005 to May 2006. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 14.
