Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 4/23/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Jason Ryan Thomas, 31, of Osage Beach, appeared with his attorney, David Lowe, and waived an April 22 preliminary hearing on a Class D felony charge of driving while intoxicated accusing him of driving on Feb. 13 while under the influence of alcohol at Highway 17 and Historic Route 66 in Waynesville, having previously pleaded guilty in 1998 in Saline County Associate Circuit Court to driving while intoxicated in 1997 and pleaded guilty in 2003 in Camden County Associate Circuit Court to driving while intoxicated in 2002. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long bound the case over to circuit court for a May 6 arraignment.

Allen Dale Vergara, 29, of St. Robert, appeared with his attorney, Stephen Daniels, and waived an April 23 preliminary hearing on two Class D felony charges of criminal nonsupport accusing him of failing to provide adequate financial support for his child from May 2007 to March 2008, in May 2008, and from October 2008 to January 2009. Judge Long bound the case over to circuit court for a May 6 arraignment.

Jacquen L. Bratcher, 23, of Fort Leonard Wood, appeared with his attorney, David Lowe, and waived an April 23 preliminary hearing on a Class C felony charge of second-degree assault accusing him of attempting to cause physical injury to a woman on Feb. 28 by driving his car at her and narrowly missing her. Judge Long bound the case over to circuit court for a May 6 arraignment.

Bryan Edward Koenig, 38, of St. Louis, appeared with the public defender and waived an April 23 preliminary hearing on two Class D felony charges of criminal nonsupport accusing him of failing to provide adequate financial support for his two children during two periods of at least six months each from August 1998 to July 1999 and from August 1999 to July 2000. Judge Long bound the case over to circuit court for a May 6 arraignment.
