Pulaski County Circuit Court Reports, 4/1/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Edward E. Jennings, 54, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on April 1 to a Class B felony charge of sale of a controlled substance accusing him of selling cocaine to an undercover state trooper on April 23, 2007. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren set his bond at $15,000 cash-only and scheduled an April 15 preliminary hearing.

Daniel J. Gaines, 23, of Crocker, pleaded innocent on April 1 to a Class C felony charge of receiving stolen property accusing him of retaining personal tools including but not limited to a Grizzly H8191 power washer, propane tanks and torch and various hand tools worth at least $500, knowing or believing they had been stolen. Judge Warren set his bond at $15,000 by cash or a professional bail bondsman and scheduled an April 15 preliminary hearing.
