Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 3/27/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: Famika Jackson-Roberts, 35, of Inkster, Mich., appeared with her attorney, Brendon Fox, and waived a March 27 preliminary hearing on a Class A felony charge of first-degree trafficking accusing her of acting in concert with another person on April 9, 2008, to transport about 942 kilograms of marijuana in 15 separately bundled packages in a rented vehicle through Pulaski County heading eastward to Michigan for delivery to an unknown person in that state. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long bound the case over to circuit court for an April 8 arraignment.
