Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 3/25/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Julia Parker, 33, of Camdenton, appeared with the public defender and waived a March 25 preliminary hearing on four Class C felony charges of passing bad checks accusing her of writing four checks drawn on a non-existent account with Central Bank in 2008 to Price Cutter on Feb. 2 for $241.02, on Feb. 5 for $445.64, on Feb. 7 for $319.23, and on Feb. 8 for $448.03, knowing they would not be paid. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren bound the case over to circuit court for an April 8 arraignment.
