Pulaski County Circuit Court Reports, 3/23/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

James J. Stewart, 21, of Dixon, pleaded innocent on March 23 to a Class A felony charge of first-degree domestic assault accusing him of causing serious injury to a woman with whom he had a continuing relationship by beating her about the head and body with his fists on March 21. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren set his bond at $50,000 cash-only and scheduled a March 25 preliminary hearing.
