Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 3/19/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: Robert Lee Jerome Quick, 37, of Waynesville, appeared with his attorney, James Thomas, and waived a March 18 preliminary hearing on two Class D felony charges of criminal nonsupport accusing him of failing to provide adequate financial support for his daughter from September 1999 to December 2008, with back payments in excess of $5,000. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long bound the case over to circuit court for an April 8 arraignment.
