Pulaski County Circuit Court Reports, 3/12/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Marcus W. Recar, 25, of St. Louis, pleaded innocent on March 12 to a Class C felony charge of stealing accusing him of taking a vehicle on Nov. 10, 2008, owned by another person without her consent. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on March 24 and ordered him to personally appear.

Mark Wilson, 51, of Mountain Home, Ark., waived extradition on March 11 before Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren on a warrant from Arkansas to answer the charge of commercial burglary and theft of property.
