Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 2/27/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Lindsay Brooke Robinson, 24, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on Feb. 27 to a Class C felony charge of stealing accusing her of taking sports clothing on Feb. 4, 2008 without consent of the owner, Hibbett Sports, that was worth at least $500. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on March 24. (No photo available as of 4/5/2009)

Stephanie Ann Lawrence, 22, of Fort Leonard Wood, pleaded innocent on Feb. 27 to a Class D felony charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Dec. 11, 2008, while driving in a parking lot at 819 Highway Z that caused other people to sustain at least $1,000 worth of property damage. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on March 12.

William D. Poe, 34, pleaded innocent on Feb. 27 to a Class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance accusing him of possessing methamphetamine on Nov. 13, 2005. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on March 24.
