Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 1/16/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Regina M. Carethers, 52, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on Wednesday, Jan. 14, to a Class B felony charge of sale of a controlled substance accusing her of knowingly selling cocaine on Dec. 6, 2007, to an undercover agent. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 21 and set her bond at $15,000 cash-only.

John Sandifer, 24, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on Friday, Jan. 16, to a Class C felony charge of receiving stolen property accusing him of receiving two Husqvarna chainsaws worth at least $500 on Jan. 13, 2008. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Jan. 27 and ordered Sandifer to personally appear.
