Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 7/20/2009



Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: Kevin Moffett, 47, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on July 17 to two Class C felony charges of possession of a controlled substance accusing him of possessing cocaine and oxycodone on Sept. 21, 2008. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on July 28. Jeffrey D. Hall, 48, of Crocker, pleaded innocent on July 17 to a Class D felony charge of driving while his license was revoked accusing him of driving on Highway 17 and Highway U northwest of Crocker on Sept. 15, 2008, while his license was revoked, having previously been convicted in May and February of 2008 in Pulaski County Circuit Court for the same offense. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on July 28. Jamel V. Hampton, 27, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on July 17 to a Class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance accusing him of possessing cocaine on June 14. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Aug. 13 and set his bond at $10,000. Darla K. Babcock, 36, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on July 17 to a Class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance accusing her of possessing cocaine on Dec. 31, 2008. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on July 28. Donnie Wayne Alexander, 39, of Dixon, pleaded innocent on July 17 to a Class D felony charge of criminal non-support accusing him of failing to provide financial support for his child from February 2008 to January 2009, being $14,633.50 in arrears of which $4,594 is state debt.
