Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 5/27/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: Michael D. Elmer Jr., 22, of Laquey, pleaded innocent on May 27 to a Class C felony charge of stealing accusing him of acting in concert with another to take a 22-inch Visio LCD high-definition television, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and several other televisions with a total worth greater than $500 from Wal-Mart between May 18 and May 25. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren scheduled the case for a May 28 preliminary hearing and set his bond at $10,000 payable by cash or a professional bail bondsman. Kenneth W. Dart, 24, of Richland, pleaded innocent on May 27 to a Class C felony charge of stealing accusing him of acting in concert with another to take a 22-inch Visio LCD high-definition television, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and several other televisions with a total worth greater than $500 from Wal-Mart between May 18 and May 25.
