Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 4/6/2009



Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Michael S. York, 45, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on April 6 to three Class C felony charges of receiving stolen property accusing him of retaining three groups of property on March 30, consisting of a Bosch Bulldox Xtreme hammer drill, a Dewalt circular saw, two rubberized mop buckets, two rolls of red PVC tape, two mops, three Swiffer sweeps and one box of extra-large Swiffer sweeps heads; four hammers, one 16-gallon shop vac, a Hoover Encore Supreme upright vacuum, two 50-foot extension cords, three yard rakes and two Dewalt 18-volt cordless drills; and a Makita palm sander, two Grizzley 18-volt drills, a 50-foot flex seal hose, a Simar utility pump, four large caulk guns, one small caulk gun, two mag floats, two steel finish trowels, a Milwaukee Sawzall, a 50-foot air hose and a paint brush, each of the three groups worth at least $500, knowing or believing them to have been stolen. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren set his bond at $50,000 cash-only and scheduled an April 15 preliminary hearing.
