Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 4/2/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Brian Radford, 20, of St. James, pleaded innocent on April 2 to a Class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a Class D felony charge of possession of a methamphetamine precursor drug with intent to manufacture methamphetamine accusing him of possessing methamphetamine and a drug containing ephedrine on March 31. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long set his bond at $25,000, scheduled an April 7 preliminary hearing, and ordered him to personally appear.

Christy Tennyson, 20, of Rolla, pleaded innocent on April 2 to a Class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a Class D felony charge of possession of a methamphetamine precursor drug with intent to manufacture methamphetamine accusing her of possessing methamphetamine and a drug containing ephedrine on March 31. Judge Long set her bond at $25,000, scheduled an April 7 preliminary hearing, and ordered him to personally appear.

Jeffrey Aaron Farnham, 29, of Waynesville, appeared with his attorney, David Lowe, and waived an April 2 preliminary hearing on six Class D felony charges of criminal nonsupport accusing him of failing to provide adequate financial support for one son from August 2005 to July 2008 totaling $8,702 and for another son for the same period with an unspecified dollar amount. Judge Long bound the case over to circuit court for an April 8 arraignment.

Deena J. Rowden, 49, of Dixon, appeared with her attorney, Kerry Rowden, and waived an April 2 preliminary hearing on a Class C felony charge of first-degree tampering accusing her of knowingly altering a red Dodge Ram pickup on May 15, 2008, without the owner’s consent. Judge Long bound the case over to circuit court for an April 8 arraignment.

Richard A. Shaw, 36, of St. Robert, appeared with his attorney, John Farris, and waived an April 2 preliminary hearing on a Class D felony charge of driving while his license was revoked accusing him of driving on St. Robert Outer Road on July 4, 2008, knowing that his license had been revoked and having been previously convicted in Phelps County Circuit Court on March 4, 2008, for two separate cases of driving while revoked in 2007 and one case of driving while intoxicated and having been convicted in Pulaski County Circuit Court in 2007 for driving without a valid license in 2006. Judge Long bound the case over to circuit court for an April 8 arraignment.
