Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: 

Veronica Hutchins, 37, of Milwaukee, Wis., pleaded innocent on Jan. 29 to a Class B felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute accusing her of possessing marijuana on Jan. 23. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Feb. 3 and ordered her to personally appear.

Jermaine D. Haggard, 26, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on Jan. 29 to two Class C felony charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and felonious restraint accusing him of having a firearm on Jan. 24 despite having previously been convicted of a felony in Missouri and knowingly restraining a woman on tHagghe same date without her consent and exposing her to a substantial risk of serious physical injury. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Feb. 3 and ordered him to personally appear.
