Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 6/2/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: Robert S. Hubbard, 40, of Lebanon, pleaded innocent on June 2 to a Class D felony charge of criminal non-support accusing him of knowingly failing to provide adequate financial support for six months from January to December 2005 for his two children. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long set his bond at $20,000 cash-only, scheduled the case for advice of counsel on June 25, and ordered the defendant to personally appear. Adam P. Burge, 18, of Crocker, pleaded innocent on June 2 to a Class B felony charge of first-degree burglary and a Class C felony charge of stealing accusing him of entering a residence on May 28 and taking property worth less than $500 without the owner’s consent. Judge Long set his bond at $25,000, scheduled the case for advice of counsel on June 26, and ordered the defendant to personally appear. Click here to comment for local opinion
