Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 5/29/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: William J. Greenhalgh, 52, of Rolla, pleaded innocent on May 29 to a Class C felony charge of driving while intoxicated accusing him operating a motor vehicle in Waynesville on Feb. 10, 2008, while under the influence of alcohol, having previously been convicted twice in 2006 and once in 2001 in Phelps County Circuit Court for driving while intoxicated. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on June 2. David S. Batchler, 35, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on May 29 to a Class C felony charge of felonious restraint and a Class D felony charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident accusing him restraining a woman without her consent and exposing her to a substantial risk of serious physical injury and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash causing more than $1,000 worth of property damage near the corner of Highway 17 and Longview Lane north of Waynesville, both on Nov. 14, 2008. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on June 2. Click here to comment for local opinion
