Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 5/5/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: Wesley R. Moore, 33, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on May 5 to a Class B felony charge of distribution of a controlled substance to a juvenile, a Class A felony charge of distributing a controlled substance near schools and a Class C felony charge of first-degree child welfare endangerment accusing him of distributing two snoopy Ecstasy pills on May 2 to a girl under age 17 on eastbound Interstate 44 near the Exit 156 on-ramp, which is within 2,000 feet of Waynesville High School, causing her to become sick and resulting in her being transported to a local hospital for emergency medical care. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long set his bond at $100,000 cash-only, scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 14, and ordered him to personally appear. Michael J. Trosclair, 22, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on May 5 to a Class C felony charge of second-degree domestic assault accusing him of attempting to cause physical injury to a woman with whom he was in a continuing relationship by striking her repeatedly on her head and shoulders with his fists on May 3. Judge Long set his bond at $25,000, scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 19, and ordered him to personally appear. Click here to comment for local opinion
