Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 4/27/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: Rick Griffith, 38, of Dixon, pleaded innocent on April 27 to a Class A felony charge of first-degree assault, an unclassified felony charge of armed criminal action, a Class B felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon and a class D felony charge of hindering prosecuting accusing him of shooting a man on April 25 using a deadly weapon to do so which he discharged from a motor vehicle and subsequently threatening bodily harm to a witness. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 5, set his bond at $100,000 cash-only, and ordered him to personally appear. Angelo C. Coronado, 29, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on April 27 to a Class C felony charge of second-degree domestic assault accusing him of causing serious physical injury to a woman with whom he was an a continuing relationship by pushing her so hard on April 25 that she fell to the ground, injuring her ankle to the point of swelling and possible breakage. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 5, set his bond at $25,000, and ordered him to personally appear. Tonya R. Kelley, 25, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on April 27 to a Class A felony charge of first-degree assault accusing her of acting in concert with another to cause serious physical injury to a man on April 25 by shooting him. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 5, set her bond at $100,000 cash-only, and ordered her to personally appear. Cassey L. McCray, 25, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on April 27 to a Class C felony charge of passing bad checks accusing her of writing a $500 check drawn on Armed Forces Bank to Auto Financial on May 19, 2008, knowing there were insufficient funds available in the account and failing to pay the amount within 10 days. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 5, set her bond at $10,000, and ordered McCray to personally appear. Richard D. Sandusky, 42, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on April 27 to a Class D felony charge of driving while his license was revoked accusing him of driving on the Interstate 44 eastbound ramp at mile marker 150 on March 20 knowing that his license had been revoked, having previously been convicted in Pulaski County Circuit Court in 2007 for driving while revoked in 2007 and in 1999, and having previously been convicted in Laclede County Circuit Court in 2007 for driving while revoked in that same year, and also pleaded innocent to two Class D felony charges of first-degree property damage and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident accusing him of striking a 2007 Nissan on westbound Interstate 44 at mile marker 159 on April 21, causing more than $1,000 worth of damage, and then leaving the scene of the crash. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 5 and set his bond at $10,000 for driving while revoked and $25,000 for the vehicle crash, and ordered him to personally appear. David Alan Timmons, 21, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on April 27 to a Class A felony of first-degree assault and a Class D felony of hindering prosecuting accusing him of acting in concert with another to cause serious physical injury to a man on April 25 by shooting him and by retrieving a spent shell casing and flushing it down the toilet. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on May 5, set his bond at $100,000 cash-only, and ordered him to personally appear.
