Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 4/20/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Sayreia A. Lisenby, 28, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on April 20 to two Class C felony charges of second-degree domestic assault and one Class D felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon accusing her of causing physical injury on April 17 to an adult with whom she resided by biting him on his shoulder and firing a black Hi-Point Model JHP .45-caliber ACP firearm at him. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on April 21, ordered her to personally appear and set her bond at $100,000.

Peter Andrew York, 30, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on April 20 to a Class B felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute accusing him of possessing more than 5 grams of marijuana on Aug. 21, 2006. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on the same day, ordered the defendant to personally appear and set his bond at $50,000.
