Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 4/13/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Leslie Bernard Howard, 55, of Oregon City, Ore., pleaded innocent on April 13 to a Class C felony charge of second-degree burglary accusing him of knowingly entering the ATR building in Richland on April 13 for the purpose of stealing. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on April 14, ordered him to personally appear and set his bond at $50,000.

Joel Ruiz, 33, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on April 10 to a Class C felony charge of failure to return rented personal property accusing him of signing a written rental agreement for a 42-inch plasma television with Keller’s Rental in St. Robert worth at least $500 but failed to return the television by Nov. 11, 2006. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on April 14, ordered him to personally appear and set his bond at $2,500. (No photo available.)

Michael Leon Warren, 36, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on April 13 to a Class A felony charge of distribution of a controlled substance near schools and a Class B felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute accusing him of selling heroin on April 11 to a person in an apartment on Broadway Street in Waynesville which was within 2,000 feet of Waynesville Middle School and also possessing heroin on April 12 with intent to distribute it. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on April 14, ordered him to personally appear and set his bond at $100,000 cash-only.
