April 2009 Richland election results
In the April 2009 Richland elections in Pulaski, Camden and Laclede Counties for the Richland R-IV School Board and Richland City Council, the winning candidates were newcomers Jerry Pemberton and Elizabeth Warren in a seven-candidate field for the school board, incumbent Mayor Bob Wall and Ward I Alderman Eldon Haun, each of whom defeated a challenger, and newcomer Thomas Murphy who defeated Ward II Alderman Mac Myers.

Incumbent Municipal Judge Rodney Blanchard and Ward III Alderman Tim Bailey were re-elected without opposition.
