St. Robert announces April 15 will be city spring clean-up day
ST. ROBERT, Mo. (March 11, 2009) — City officials have announced that St. Robert's spring clean-up day will be Wednesday, April 15. Items that need to be picked up must be placed at the curb by 7 a.m.

Items that will be picked up include appliances such as washing machines and dryers, heaters, construction waste such as sheetrock and minimal amounts of lumber that will fit into a trash can, empty paint cans, furniture, and VCRs.

Items that will not be picked up include tires, yard debris such as leaves, branches, and soil, vehicle or lawn mower batteries, televisions, computers and microwaves.

City officials say that those who have large appliances that need to be picked up must call and let Zeigenbein Sanitation know. Large appliances have to be picked up in a separate vehicle. Those with questions may call Zeigenbein Sanitation at (573) 336-4848.
