Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 3/2/2009

Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Jacquen L. Bratcher, 23, of Fort Leonard Wood, pleaded innocent on March 2 to a Class C felony charge of second-degree assault accusing him of attempting to cause physical injury to a woman on Feb. 28 by driving his car at her and narrowly missing her. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on March 12 and ordered him to personally appear.
