Bruce Bagley, 38, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on Feb. 5 to a Class D felony charge of criminal nonsupport accusing him of failing to provide adequate financial support from October 2004 to December 2008 to four of his children totaling $17,054.66, of which $5,406.66 is owed to the state of Missouri. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on March 10 and ordered him to personally appear.

Lawrence D. Sinclair, 46, of Waynesville, waived a Feb. 5 preliminary hearing on a Class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance accusing him of possessing methamphetamine on May 24, 2008. Judge Long bound the case over to circuit court for a March 4 arraignment.
