WAYNESVILLE, Mo. (May 16, 2012) — Police released data today on a Friday, May 4 crash in the Waynesville McDonald’s parking lot.

According to Waynesville Police Department reports, Bunny Starr Evans, 35, of Richland, had stopped to let a passenger, Havin Meza, 18, out in the parking lot at 10:30 p.m. when her 2012 Chevrolet Impala facing the wrong side of the parking lot row was struck by a 1999 Chevrolet Astro driven by Mary Alice Bax, 50, of Swedeborg, who was backing out of a parking spot.

Neither driver was hurt but Evans’ car sustained minor damage and Meza told police her arm was hurting, explaining that it got jammed when the Astro struck the Impala. Meza declined medical treatment at the crash scene.

Two other teenage passengers, one from each vehicle, also were not hurt.
