BUCKHORN, Mo. (Jan. 12, 2009) — An early afternoon Monday wreck on Interstate 44 totaled a St. Charles man’s vehicle and sent him to an area hospital, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Troopers reported that Steven A. Snodgrass, 55, was westbound about three miles west of the Waynesville city limits at 12:38 p.m. driving a 2002 Ford Explorer when he ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. Snodgrass, who had not been wearing his seat belt, was transported by Pulaski County Ambulance District paramedics to St. John’s Hospital in Lebanon for treatment of moderate injuries.

His vehicle was removed by Jack’s Towing. Hazelgreen firefighters were called to assist with cleaning up debris from the crash.
