Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 1/9/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Timothy James Fry, 29, of Neosho, pleaded innocent on Jan. 9 to two Class D felony charges of criminal nonsupport accusing him of failing to provide adequate support without good cause for his three children from January to December of 2005, from August to December of 2007, and from March to July of 2008. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Jan. 13 and ordered Fry to personally appear. Joseph M. Trotter, 28, of Laquey, pleaded innocent on Jan. 9 to two Class C felony charges of unlawful possession of a firearm accusing him of having a Model 27 Glock semi-automatic handgun and a .22-caliber semi-automatic handgun on Dec. 5, 2008, despite being convicted on April 19, 2002 in Pulaski County of possession a controlled substance. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Jan. 13. Tyler James Bish, 23, of Dixon, pleaded innocent on Jan. 9 to a Class C felony charge of second-degree arson accusing him of knowingly damaging a single-wide mobile home on the 14400 grid of Harvey Drive on Dec. 29, 2008, by starting a fire. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Jan. 13. Jason D. Clark, 30, of Crocker, pleaded innocent on Jan. 9 to a Class C felony charge of second-degree domestic assault accusing him of attempting to cause physical injury to a woman on Nov. 23, 2008, “by choking her by placing his hands around her throat and squeezing hard enough to leave red marks on her throat.” Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Jan. 13. Lucas G. Warner,27, of Dixon, pleaded innocent on Jan. 9 to two Class C felony charges of second-degree burglary and of stealing, accusing him of acting in concert with another by unlawfully entering a building on the 12700 grid of Highway N on Sept. 10 for the purpose of committing stealing and by taking a saddle worth at least $500 without the consent of the owner. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Jan. 13.
