Two injured by rollover wrecks

DIXON/WAYNESVILLE, Mo. (Dec. 17, 2010) — Single-vehicle rollovers Thursday afternoon north of Waynesville and early Friday morning north of Dixon totaled both vehicles, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Troopers reported that Roah L. Taylor, 49, of Crocker, had been northbound on Revere Lane a fifth of a mile north of the Waynesville city limits when she ran her 2004 Dodge off the right side of the road at 2 p.m., struck a tree and overturned.

Taylor, who had been wearing her seat belt, suffered only minor injuries and was transported to St. John’s Hospital in Lebanon. Her vehicle was removed by Gene’s Wrecker.

State troopers and Dixon firefighters responded to a 2:25 a.m. Friday wreck on Highway BB in Maries County, about 3.5 miles northwest of Dixon. Troopers reported that Nathaniel K. Semrow, 23, of Wentzville, had been westbound in his 2003 Ford Focus when he lost control on a curve, began sliding, crossed the centerline, and went off the left side of the roadway before going down an embankment. His car overturned and came to rest on its wheels in a creek.

Semrow suffered moderate injuries and was transported by Dixon Ambulance District personnel to Phelps County Regional Medical Center for treatment. His vehicle was removed by PRI Towing.
