Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:
Davisha Lashay Robinson, 22, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on Aug. 13 before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long to two Aug. 11 felony charges, a Class C felony of second-degree domestic assault and Class D felony charge of resisting arrest, accusing her of knowingly causing physical injury to a man with whom she had a continuing relationship by biting him multiple times breaking skin and flesh and causing lacerations by striking him numerous times with a metal utensil on Aug. 10, and resisting arrest by a Waynesville policeman for that offense by using or threatening to use violence or physical force. Judge Long scheduled an Aug. 24 advice-of-counsel hearing, ordered her to personally appear and set her bond at $25,000.
Darin M. Sloan, 25, of Rolla, pleaded innocent on Aug. 13 before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long to a June 29 Class C felony charge of passing bad checks, accusing him of passing a $40 check on March 14 to Andy’s Short Stop written on a non-existent account from Town & Country Bank. Judge Long scheduled a Sept. 23 advice-of-counsel hearing.
Gena A. Buzich, 27, of Rolla, pleaded innocent on Aug. 13 before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long to a Nov. 24, 2009 Class C felony charge of failure to return rented property, accusing her of renting a gold 2000 Buick Century from Rent to Own Auto Sales worth at least $500 and concealing the property on Sept. 17, 2009. Judge Long scheduled an Aug. 24 advice-of-counsel hearing.
