Fort Leonard Wood RCGA
The Fort Leonard Wood Regional Commerce and Growth Association will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, in Clarke Library on Fort Leonard Wood. Agenda items include financial matters; old business of a recap of a previous strategic communications briefing, marketing activity for 2010 including AFCOM, wind power, and Lakeside with the Locators; new business of new board members for Pulaski and Phelps counties; and community updates.

Waynesville Planning & Zoning Commission
The Waynesville Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, in city hall. Agenda items include a public hearing for proposed changes to land use regulations adopting mixed use zoning, amending C1 Neighborhood Commercial District regulations, and adopting administrative subdivision regulations and rezoning the Townsend Subdivision formerly known as Dogwood Trailer Park from R1 single-family residential zoning to R2 multi-family residential zoning; consideration of a preliminary plat for Phase III of Briar Point Subdivision; consideration of the Townsend Subdivision change; and unspecified other business.

Richland City Council
The Richland City Council will meet in special session at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, in city hall. Agenda items include ordinances accepting the “lowest and best bidder” for a municipal pool rehabilitation project, authorizing a lease agreement with Troy York for a utility shop building, and replacing Richland City Code Section 530.050.

Pulaski County 911 Board
The Pulaski County 911 Board will meet at 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, in the Pulaski County Communications Center. Agenda items include financial matters; comments from citizens; a director’s report; discussion of old and new business; and a closed session for legal, real estate and personnel matters.
