Sunday rollover totals Fort Leonard Wood driver's vehicle in Camden County

FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (March 4, 2019) — A Sunday morning rollover wreck totaled a Fort Leonard Wood man’s vehicle, but left him uninjured and caused only minor injuries to his passenger, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Troopers reported that Rogelio A. Pineda, 44, was driving a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder northbound on US Highway 5 near El Tampa Road in Camden County when he lost control on the snow covered roadway at 9:10 a.m., ran off the left side of the roadway, and overturned.

His passenger, Aimee M. Pineda, 39, also of Fort Leonard Wood, suffered minor injuries and was transported by Lake West Ambulance to Lake Regional Medical Center in Osage Beach. Their vehicle was removed by Bledsoe Conoco. Both had been wearing their seatbelts.
