Pulaski County Circuit Court Report 7/28/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

William Betts, 29, of Waynesville, pleaded innocent on July 24 to a Class C felony charge of possession of a chemical with the intent to create a controlled substance accusing him of acting in concert with another to possess ethyl ether and ephedrine on July 19 with the intent to process that chemical to create methamphetamine. Associate Circuit Judge Greg Warren scheduled the case for a July 29 preliminary hearing and set his bond at $50,000 cash or by a professional bail bondsman.

Somer Betts, 28, of Richland, pleaded innocent on July 24 to a Class C felony charge of possession of a chemical with the intent to create a controlled substance accusing her of acting in concert with another to possess ethyl ether and ephedrine on July 19 with the intent to process that chemical to create methamphetamine.
