Pulaski County Commission
The Pulaski County Commission will meet from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, July 20, in the county courthouse. Posted agenda items as Friday afternoon include a 9 a.m. decision on filling a Western District road grader position and a 9:30 a.m. meeting of the Board of Adjustment.

St. Robert City Council
The St. Robert City Council will meet at 5 p.m. on Monday, July 20, in city hall. Agenda items include visitor comments; old and new business of two ordinances regarding a Willard Asphalt bid to asphalt Eastlawn Avenue from Phoenix to the end of state maintenance and regarding amending the city code on child restraint systems; comments by city staff; comments by aldermen and setting of time and date of committees; comments by the mayor; and a closed session for legal, real estate and personnel matters.

Crocker City Council
The Crocker City Council will meet in special session in city hall at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 20. Agenda items include swearing in of park board member Andy Helms, discussion of sidewalk matters, and a closed session for personnel and legal matters.

Waynesville R-VI School Board
The Waynesville R-VI School Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. for a study session in the high school library conference room and at 6:30 p.m. in the main library, both on Monday, July 20. Agenda items for the study session include information on a cosmetology program and on a Department of Defense grant, as well as a closed session for unspecified matters. Items for the main session include citizen comments previously presented according to board policy; written comments; a citzens update from Fort Leonard Wood command representative Mike Warren and district announcements; staff and student recognitions; discussion items of construction and renovation updates, a 2009 spring sports report, 2009-10 federal program budgets, a 2008-09 student discipline report, a 2009 summer school report, and a first reading of new and revised job descriptions; action items of a proposed organizational chart revision, revised job descriptions, a 2009-10 professional development plan, proposed additions to the staffing plan, the 2009-10 transportation employee handbook, and a tuition increase in the practical nursing program; and a closed session for real estate and personnel matters.

Richland Municipal Utilities Board
The Richland Municipal Utilities Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, July 20, in city hall. Agenda items include visitor comments; old business of the Lynnwood Addition; financial matters; utility superintendent business of a fire hydrant; city administrator business of a water license for Bob Wall and USDA Rural Development matters; utility board members business of DNR issues, a water tower inspection, bad debt and sewer rates;unspecified mayoral business;and a closed session for personnel, legal, real estate and contract negotiation matters.

Pulaski County Ambulance Board
The Pulaski County Ambulance Board will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 20, in the Waynesville ambulance base. Agenda items include financial matters; an administrator's report on operations and statistics; old business of training entities, paramedic classes and PowerFlex cots; new business of setting an August tax hearing date with a 0 percent property tax due to sales tax replacement; and a closed session for unspecified matters.

Richland City Council
The Richland City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, in city hall. Agenda items include old business; financial matters; visitor comments; new business of police department matters with a dog control update, police activity report, and old ordinances; city attorney business; alderman business of an ordinance to hire Davis, Lynn and Moots to do the 2008-09 audit; city administrator business of airport matters and USDA Rural Development issues; mayoral business; and a closed session for legal, real estate and contract matters.
