Pulaski County Commission
The Pulaski County Commission will meet from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, July 13, in the county courthouse. Posted agenda items as Friday afternoon include a 9 a.m. meeting with Lendale Mayhew of the Federal Emergency Management Agency regarding road-related disaster funding.

St. Robert Public Works Committee
The St. Robert Public Works Committee will meet in the city hall conference room at 5 p.m. on Monday, July 13. Agenda items include old and new business of a St. Robert resident addressing the committee regarding storm water drainage issues in front of his property and a brief on proposed street improvements; a department supervisor report; comments by committee members; and a closed session for unspecified matters.

Crocker City Council
The Crocker City Council will meet in city hall at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 13. Agenda items include comments by visitors Andy Helms and Jeff Porter; a closed session with attorney Ronda Cortesini for personnel and litigation; reports by city administrative staff; unspecified old business; and new business of reviewing and approving the city budget.

Swedeborg R-III School Board
The Swedeborg R-III School Board will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 13, in the library building. Agenda items include old business of a transportation update; new business of approving the proposed 2009-2010 budget, financial statements, and 7th and 8th grade teacher applications; other items previously discussed with the administration; and a closed session for legal, personnel and student discipline matters.

FLW Regional Commerce and Growth Association
The Fort Leonard Wood Regional Commerce and Growth Association has moved its meeting originally scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, to 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, in St. Robert city hall. Agenda items have not yet been announced.

Waynesville Rural Fire Board
The Waynesville Rural Fire Board meeting that had been scheduled for July 7 has been rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, at the main fire station.

Pulaski County 911 Board
The Pulaski County 911 Board will meet at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, in the Pulaski County Communications Center. Agenda items include financial matters, citizen comments, a report by 911 Director Michelle Graves, discussion of unspecified old and current business, and a closed session for unspecified matters.

Plato R-V School Board
The Plato R-V School Board meeting that had been scheduled for July 9 has been rescheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, in the high school library. Agenda items include patron and student comments; MSTA/CTA discussion; approval of elementary handbooks and bids for services; setting a tax rate hearing date; approval for the Nebo-Falcon Fire District to use a tower; discussion and approval of a sound system; administrative reports from the superintendent on financial statements, remodeling, MSIP and MoCHIP, and from building principals on summer school; and a closed session for personnel matters including hiring of secretaries, property and student discipline matters.
