Pulaski County Circuit Court Reports, 6/26/2009
Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Christopher B. Wright, 26, of Laquey, pleaded innocent on June 26 to three Class C felony charges of forgery accusing him of completing three Waynesville Police Department citations on Jan. 8 with the purpose to defraud so that they appeared to have been made by another. Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on July 16.

John Ray Davis II, 19, of Dixon, pleaded innocent on June 26 to a Class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance accusing him of posssing more than 35 grams of marijuana on May 6. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on July 16.

Joann Rutherford, 31, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on June 26 to a Class D felony charge of endangering a corrections employee accusing her of spitting in the face of a Pulaski County jailer on May 9 after having been taking into custody on a 12-hour detoxification hold. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on July 16.

Carl A. Terry, 46, of St. Robert, pleaded innocent on June 26 to a Class C felony charge of forgery accusing him of using a counterfeit $20 bill on July 27, 2008. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on July 17.

Matthew Edward Waage, 34, of Richland, pleaded innocent on June 26 to a Class C felony charge of second-degree domestic assault accusing him of stomping with his shoe on the head of a woman on June 30 with whom he had a continuing relationship. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on July 14.
