Circuit Court Reports, 1/23/2013

Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: 

Justin Cristoffer, 28, of Lebanon, was arraigned before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long on Jan. 22, pleading innocent to two Class C felony charges of receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a firearm accusing him of receiving a Smith and Wesson 300 Winmag Rifle with Barska scope, a Remington 700 22-250 caliber, and a Remington 7400-280 with scope worth at least $500, all on Jan. 19, knowing or believing them to be stolen, and having pleaded guilty within the last five years pleaded guilty to Class C felony stealing in Laclede County on Oct. 1, 2012. Judge Long set his bond at $100,000, scheduled a Jan. 29 advice-of-counsel hearing, and ordered him to personally appear. Case #13PUCR00086.

Benjamin Vallejo, 21, of Waynesville, was arraigned before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long on Jan. 22, pleading innocent to a Class B felony charge of attempting to produce more than 5 grams of marijuana by cultivating it on Jan. 20 and a Class D felony charge of interfering with an arrest by fleeing. Judge Long set his bond at $25,000, scheduled a Jan. 29 advice-of-counsel hearing, and ordered him to personally appear. Case #13PUCR00088.

Debra M. Stewart, 22, of St. Robert, was arraigned before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long on Jan. 22, pleading innocent to two Class C felony charges of forgery by making two written statements to St. Robert police in Jan. 1 and Jan. 16 so that they appeared to have been made by another person. Judge Long set her bond at $15,000 on each charge, scheduled a Jan. 25 advice-of-counsel hearing, and ordered her to personally appear. Case #13PUCR00068, #13PUCR00069.
