Pulaski County Sewer Board
The Pulaski County Sewer Board will meet at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 16, in the sewer district offices. Agenda items include a report from the Verkamp and Malone CPA firm; board comments on office affairs and issues; an engineer’s report from Terris Cates on project status, Stoney Gap and the Seven Hills/Gasconade forceman; an attorney report from Bill Hickle; unfinished business of a general manager ad and discussion of content and date for a radio/newspaper ad; new business of audit and budget reviews with the CPA firm; and a closed session for legal, real estate and personnel matters.

St. Robert City Council
The St. Robert City Council will meet at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16, in city hall. Agenda items include comments from visitors; old and new business of ordinances establishing a special assessment for residents served by the Liberty Drive Sewer Project and approving a TIF redevelopment agreement for the Ramada Inn property, a bid from Bales Construction for the aquatic facility and community building and an intergovernmental agreement with the city of Waynesville for an animal shelter; comments from administrative staff, aldermen, and the mayor; and a closed session for real estate and personnel matters.

Richland Municipal Utilities Board
The Richland Municipal Utilities Board will meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16, in city hall. Agenda items include comments by visitor David Miller; unspecified old business; unspecified utility superintendent business; city administrator business of meetings with State Sen. Frank Barnitz and the Missouri Public Utilities Authority, a pool project, a request from Missouri Ozarks Community Action, natural gas matters, and a copy machine; unspecified utility board member business; unspecified mayoral business; and a closed session for legal, real estate and contract matters.

Richland City Council
The Richland City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16, in city hall. Agenda items include unspecified old business; comments by visitors including Wayne Morgan of the Pulaski County Growth Alliance and David Miller; police business of an activity report and grant opportunities; city attorney business of ordinances establishing an enhanced enterprise zone, for Pulaski County 911 to handle city dispatching and bids from Larry’s Service Station and Richland Fas-Stop for providing fuel, parts and small mechanical repairs for city vehicles and services; alderman business of an application for a home business from Bill and Paul Nelson for American Tri-Co Plumbing and a request from Alderman Murphy regarding a shop building; city administrator business of a utility update, grant applications and a copy machine; mayoral business of reappointing Todd Bailey to a four-year terms on the Richland Planning and Zoning Commission; and a closed session for legal, real estate and contract matters.

Pulaski County 911 Board
The Pulaski County 911 Board will meet at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, in the 911 Communications Center. Agenda items include financial matters; comments from citizens including the Fort Leonard Wood fire chief; a report from the 911 director; discussion of old and new business; and a closed session for legal, real estate and contract matters.

Dixon R-I School Board
The Dixon R-I School Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, in the administration building. Agenda items include comments from representatives of the elementary positive behavioral support program; new and unfinished business of discussion and approval of the 2010-11 school calendar, changing the date of the March board meeting, application for summer school and amending the current 2009-2010 school year budget; a superintendent’s report on inclement weather make-up days, policy updates, a district report card and reports from principals; and a closed meeting for student and personnel matters.

Pulaski County Ambulance District
The Pulaski County Ambulance District Board meeting that had been scheduled for Monday, Feb. 15, will meet instead at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22, in the Crocker ambulance base. Agenda items include the administrator’s report on operations and statistics; unspecified old business; new business of a local service which has agreed to perform ambulance maintenance on all vehicles; and a closed meeting for student and personnel matters.
