Waynesville Emergency Services and Police Committee
The Waynesville Emergency Services and Police Committee will meet at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6, in city hall, Agenda items include an updated liquor control ordinance; a cemetery request for signage that the cemetery is closed after dark; grant updates on a regional law enforcement grant, livescan grant, and MoDOT grant; police department standard operating procedures; a police department update and other business; and a closed session for personnel matters.

Waynesville Road and Grounds Committee
The Waynesville Road and Grounds Committee will meet at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6, in city hall. Agenda items include Elgin Engineering recommendations following up on city-wide storm drainage issues, a driveway culvert problem with a possible driveway ordinance, prohibiting yard waste in ditches, and observations on Briar Pointe, Gerald Street, Glenhaven, Hull Street and Forest Hills; priority project updates of a bid date movebackon a GW Lane cost share grant, completion of  road and ditch work on the cemetery project, completion of site demolition and buildup in progress on a future park building site, cleanup in progress on Long Drive waiting on tree trimming that was scheduled for completion in early July, a park ballfield project scheduled for August or September,completion of Skyline Drive street work, Superior Road work scheduled for July and August, a Highway H project scheduled for July to August depending on Willard Asphalt's schedule, street drainage issues on Sable Road, Briar Pointe, Elliott Street and Nichols Drive, Glenhaven Estates, Hull Valley Road, signing of a storm drainage issue on Dogwood and Kirthwood, a drainage issue on 1806 Historic Route 66, and the Carmack property on Hillside Road; a street department update and other business; and a closed session for real estate and legal issues..

Pulaski County Commission
The Pulaski County Commission will meet from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, Aug. 10, in the county courthouse. Agenda items include a 9:30 a.m. meeting with Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long regarding copier contract issues..
