Community Recreation Board
The Waynesville-St. Robert Community Recreation Board will meet at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, in St. Robert City Hall. Agenda items include public comments; a report from the board chairman serving as interim recreation activity coordinator; comments from standing and special committees; old and new business of summer baseball/softball updates, assignment of duties until a new recreation activity coordinator is in place, and changing the chairmanship of the board from Charles Kristek to Lyle Thomas; comments by the chairman on reviewing bylaws and CRB historical data, overview of past, present and future programs, comments by the chairman; and a closed session for legal, real estate and personnel matters.
Dixon City Council
The Dixon City Council will meet in special session at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, in city hall. Agenda items include new and unfinished business of problems with the sewer system and a closed session for real estate.
Pulaski County Commission
The Pulaski County Commission will meet from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, June 18, in the county courthouse. Agenda items posted Tuesday morning were limited to a 10 a.m. opening of propane bids.
Waynesville City Council
The Waynesville City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, in city hall. Agenda items include citizen comments of a Summer Slam after-action report; reports by Park Board Chairman Roger Olney on the June 11 meeting, by Councilwoman Twyla Cordry on the June 9 and June 15 Planning and Zoning Commission meetings including ordinances approving the final plat for GW Landing, the amended plat for Westwinds Subdivision, granting a sidewalk waiver for Phases 2 and 3 of Pioneer Ridge, and approving the final plat of Pioneer Ridge Phase 1, by Councilwoman Diana Stanford on the June 4 Road and Grounds Committee meeting, by Councilman Mike France on the June 9 Utility Committee meeting including an ordinance to accept a contract with Ozark Applicators to renovate the Sunset water tank, by Councilwoman Luge Hardman on the June 18 finance committee meeting immediately prior to the city council session including consideration of a health insurance coverage change, by Councilwoman Cordry on the June 4 Police Committee meeting including a proposed noise ordinance, by Councilman Mike France on the May 28 Joint Airport Board meeting, and by Councilwoman Hardman on the June 2 Economic Development Committee meeting; other business of certifying the June 2 special election results, adoption of an ordinance approving an Elgin Engineering project for the Safe Routes to School program, and issuing a taxi driver permit to Priscilla Gurley Drovdal of Union Cab; a report by City Administrator Bruce Harrill; council member comments; and a closed session for real estate and legal matters.
St. Robert Planning and Zoning Commission
The St. Robert Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, in city hall. Agenda items an open public hearing to consider a request by Farris Brothers Investment Company to rezone certain real estate located adjacent to Vickie Lynn Lane in the Hidden Valley Estates Subdivision from residential medium-density (R-1M) to residential high-density (R-1H). Pulaski County 911 Board
The Pulaski County 911 Board will meet at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, in the Pulaski County Communications Center. Agenda items include financial matters, citizen comments, a report by 911 Director Michelle Graves, discussion of unspecified old and current business, and a closed session for unspecified matters.
